Donna A., Dental Assistant
Donna is originally from Ortonville. She first started dental assisting when she was 18, and since that time she has had a long and rewarding career that has spanned over 45 years. She has had the chance to work for all kinds of wonderful dentists, and she learned something from each one. Her favorite part of her current job is getting to work with our patients!
Donna is the youngest of four children. She has enjoyed over four decades of marriage with her wonderful husband, and they have four children of their own, all of whom are grown. Outside of the office, Donna enjoys traveling when she can, and she loves spending time with her family, especially her mom and her grandchildren.
Dustie, Dental Assistant, Insurance Verification, Office Assistant
A native of Ortonville, Dustie is a graduate of Oakland University. She has earned certification in Zoom in-office bleaching. Her favorite part of her current job is being part of a staff that works together to support each other and is flexible with each others’ personal schedules.
Dustie has a fiancé, two children, and a dog named Rocky. She enjoys thrilling activities such as skydiving, roller coasters, and aerial obstacle courses. She also loves hiking, fishing, disc golfing, and going on walks.
Emily, Dental Hygienist
Emily comes from Grand Blanc and is a graduate of Mott Community College. Her dental background includes Infection Control, Radiography, Oral Hygiene Education, and more. According to her, the best part of her job is developing relationships with her patients!
Emily is happily married and has two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, and camping. She also makes a mean spaghetti!
Kelly, Dental Hygienist
Kelly is from Rochester. She has earned a degree in dental hygiene and an associate in applied sciences. She has more than 40 total years of dental experience and has been a hygienist for over three decades. She appreciates how Dr. Boltwood maintains a positive work environment, and she is very passionate when it comes to helping her patients.
Kelly has been married to her husband Dan for over three decades. She has two daughters, a son-in-law, a grandpup, and a poodle. Her hobbies include yoga and going on walks. She also loves home decorating.
Mihaela, Dental Hygienist
Hailing from Lake Orion, Mihaela attended University of Detroit Mercy Dental School and has earned a Bachelor in Dental Hygiene. She has well over 15 years of dental experience, and she views her coworkers and her patients as the best part of her job.
Mihaela is married, with a son. She considers the beach her happy place, and her hobbies include cooking, baking, and gardening
Jessica, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jessica’s hometown is Lake Orion. She spent ten years in sterilization tech and dental assisting before eventually switching to hygiene. She has completed the Dental Hygiene Program at Mott Community College. She loves having the chance to help her patients regain healthy mouths.
Jessica is married and has two children. When not at the office, she likes gardening and listening to audiobooks. She also enjoys board games and Disney movies.
Donna L., Office Manager
Donna hails from Clarkston and has been in the dental field for more than three decades. She has worked in both general dentistry and periodontal offices. Because she has had the opportunity to work with so many dentists who offered continuing education, she is certified in various aspects of the field. She loves working at our office because we have a great team that helps each other out as well as a kind and caring doctor.
Donna has three grown sons and three grandchildren. She spends a lot of time kayaking, camping, traveling, attending concerts, making crafts, gardening, and spending time with her loved ones. Even though she’s afraid of sharks, she loves swimming in the ocean!
